About chebelloballare

I started this project back in 2017, when I decided I wanted to celebrate my love for Lindy hop through illustration. Three years later, it has evolved.

The line is different, the design too. Also, I understand just now that my representation of the dance was limited and biased. I should have made my characters all sorts of POC, and particularly black people.

Lindy hop is an African American dance and has a black soul. So I hope this new series will give it some justice.
